We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
recent graduate/fresher
to join our
Service Department
and support our
CRM processes
. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in customer service, operations, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and service requests through CRM systems
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM tool
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Track service tickets and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
Provide product/service information to customers as per guidelines
Ensure compliance with service SLAs and quality standards
Generate basic reports and updates from CRM data
Skills & Qualifications:
Recent graduate / fresher (Any discipline)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (training will be provided)
Comfortable working with computers, email, and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Internship or academic exposure to customer service or CRM
Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Freshdesk, or similar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
