Key Responsibilities

Daily Data Entry:

Compile and analyze account information by entering financial transactions into ledgers and accounting software.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, sales, purchases, and expenses.

Inventory Assistance:

Assist in tracking and valuing high-value raw materials and finished jewelry, paying close attention to detail to prevent discrepancies.

Reconciliation:

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, with a focus on compliance with regulations like GST and TDS.

Reporting Support:

Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

Audit Support:

Provide support during audits by substantiating financial transactions with proper documentation.
