Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information Explain product features clearly and convincingly over the phone Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals Maintain good customer relations and ensure a positive customer experience Record call details and feedback accurately in CRM or call tracking systems Coordinate with the sales or support team as required for closures or escalations
Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / graduate in any stream Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role preferred Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and understanding) Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejections and remain positive Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
