Ensure continuous and efficient running of fiber drawing process.
Support in setting machine parameters as per production requirements.
Conduct visual inspection of fiber quality (denier, strength, texture, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
Record daily production data and report deviations to the shift supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety norms.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for process improvement.
