Role Overview

We are looking for a

fresher engineering graduate

with strong mathematical skills to support our sales and export team. The role involves measurement calculations, quotation support, CRM follow-ups, and client communication for building materials/natural stone products.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

unit conversions

(sq.ft, sq.m, running feet, area, perimeter, volume). Prepare

quotations, pricing sheets, and BOQs

. Maintain and update

Excel/Google Sheets

and CRM systems. Communicate professionally via

Email & WhatsApp Business

. Understand product dimensions, thickness, finishes, and basic export terms (training provided). Assist sales team with follow-ups, lead tagging, and client coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Civil/Mechanical preferred). Strong math and calculation ability. Good communication skills in English. Proficient in

Excel/Google Sheets

. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho). Understanding of building materials/stone industry. Basic knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation. Additional languages (Spanish/French) are a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
