Trainee Engineer ( Fresher)

Assist in day-to-day operations, project execution, and process improvements Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions Participate in audits, compliance checks, and documentation activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes Learn and apply industry standards, safety protocols, and quality systems Contribute to innovation, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement initiative

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Internship or project experience in manufacturing/service industries Familiarity with basic engineering tools/software (AutoCAD, MS Office, ERP systems, etc.) Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, or project management basics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) in any discipline.

Strong academic foundation with knowledge of core engineering principles Willingness to work across departments and adapt to varied roles Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment
