Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate
Fresher Engineers
who are eager to begin their career in technology, training, and operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering technical training sessions (Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, etc.) to students as per Techradiance modules.
Support senior trainers in workshops, events, and execution programs in schools and colleges.
Set up training equipment, devices, and materials before sessions.
Provide hands-on support to participants during training and help resolve basic technical issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of technical programs.
Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback forms.
Learn and stay updated with new technologies taught by Techradiance.
Support operations and execution teams in school-level or college-level events.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of electronics, robotics, coding, or computer science concepts.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Ability to handle training equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Good teamwork and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or related fields).
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
Passion for teaching, training, and working with students is a plus.
