Job Description

:

1. Understand the scope of work of the project, review preliminary data shared by Sales team.

2. Checking new requirement with earlier customer requirement to identify exact customer needs (scope of documentation required).

3. Prepare BoM of the customer requirement in consultation with planning department. Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.

4. Perform assessment on customer requirements to ascertain if scope is covered and manage the risk of scope gaps.

5. Interact with customer as required, prepare additional drawing aids for the customer ease of work at site.

6. Identify and report constructability & design issues in initial stage itself and implement solutions in consultation with design department and customer.

7. Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions.

8. Maintain internal documents pertaining to 3 party certifications e.g., ISO 9001: 2015.

9. Visit proposed construction sites if deemed necessary.

10. If in doubt, ask.

Skills preferred:

1. Analytical skills.

2. AutoCAD 2D.

3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.

4. Basic communication skills in English & Tamil; Basic knowledge of Hindi is a bonus.

5. Capability to communicate & collaborate with various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
