Operating and maintaining high-speed machines during shifts to achieve targeted utilization, efficiency, and scrap levels.
Supervising contract workers and ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, 5S, and GMP standards.
Carrying out tooling changeovers, attending breakdowns, and resolving technical issues on machines.
Maintaining safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
Knowledge & Technical Skills Required:
Effective verbal and written coordination with colleagues, maintenance teams, coordinators, and department heads.
Ability to analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Good supervisory skills to manage the workforce effectively.
experience & Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering
with
0-2 years of experience

Candidate should currently be based in Goa or willing to relocate.
