We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support Team in New Town, Kolkata. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve their queries via phone, email, or chat. No prior experience is required -- training will be provided. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about products or services Resolve customer issues or escalate to the concerned department when necessary Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service Follow communication scripts and standard procedures during interactions --- Requirements: Freshers are welcome to apply Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling) Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team and handle pressure calmly --- Preferred Skills: Good listening and interpersonal skills Flexible with rotational shifts (day shifts only for female candidates as per norms) Immediate joiners preferred
