Customer Success Associate - Domestic Insurance (Voice Process)

We are hiring

Customer Success Associates

for a

Voice Process

in the

Health, Motor & Life Insurance

domain. This is a

work-from-office

role involving

outbound customer interactions

and insurance advisory support.

Both

freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact and engage with interested leads via

outbound voice calls

Understand customer needs and advise suitable

insurance products

Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage clearly Maintain high standards of customer interaction and compliance Achieve quality and productivity targets as per process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate from any field

(mandatory)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

No MTI / RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

Open to

6 days working

Freshers & experienced candidates

Preferred:

Experience in domestic insurance or insurance sales Sales acumen will be an added advantage
