Role Overview

We are seeking a Fresh Chartered Accountant to take on the role of

Manager

. This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified CA to step into a managerial position and grow into a leadership role with mentorship and structured development.

This is a full-time

office-based role

, and the selected candidate will be expected to

manage day-to-day office operations

, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth functioning of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage client engagements in audit, taxation, and financial advisory Supervise junior team members and review their work Prepare and present financial reports and tax filings Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions Oversee office administration and internal coordination Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Eagerness to learn and take initiative Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
