We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Hindi-speaking Telecallers to join our team for promoting and selling Ayurvedic medicine products. This is a full-time, office-based role with a fixed monthly salary and no target-based deductions.




Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi. Explain product details clearly and persuasively to customers. Handle customer queries and provide information regarding Ayurvedic products. Maintain records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers for order confirmation and support. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for smooth delivery of orders.



Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi. Polite, convincing, and customer-friendly attitude. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Confidence in speaking over the phone. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.



Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) Any graduate preferred (not mandatory) Prior experience in telesales or telecalling (preferred but not required)
