Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, seminars, social media, and partner networks.
Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, exams, and career pathways.
Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student needs and recommending suitable programs.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure enrolment closure.
Build and manage relationships with colleges, coaching classes, and corporate partners.
Participate in education fairs, workshops, webinars, and on-ground promotional activities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and conversion performance.
Collaborate with the counselling, marketing, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for admissions and revenue.
Key Requirements:
Any fresher/ Graduate is applicable
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions.
