: Identify and generate leads for rubber and engineering solutions. Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to customers. Coordinate with the engineering team for customized solutions. Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders.
Skills Required: Good understanding of engineering drawings and rubber/technical products. Strong technical communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Negotiation and deal-closing skills. Willingness to travel for client visits.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant technical field).
Experience: 0-1 year in technical sales preferred (freshers with strong technical communication can apply).
Preferred: Experience in rubber, polymers, or engineering product sales. Exposure to B2B industrial sales environments.
