Roles and Responsibilities:

1.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Oversee and ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards.

? Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products (ropes, tiles) for compliance with quality standards.

2.

Product Testing and Inspection:

Perform testing on ropes, and other products for durability, strength, and safety.

3.

Team Management:

Supervise the quality control team and ensure they follow procedures.

4.

Root Cause Analysis:

Identify the root causes of defects or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

5.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records and documentation.

6.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all products comply with the company's internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

7.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

8.

Customer Feedback Management:

Handle customer complaints related to product quality and initiate corrective actions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
