Salary Range: 15,000 - 22,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time | 10am to 7pm | Mon to Sat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and experience in sales or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly. Maintain daily call records and update lead status in CRM. Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication. Handle customer objections and provide accurate information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain a positive customer experience and build long-term relations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle high call volume and work under targets. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Confident, energetic, and goal-driven. Immediate joiner preferred.
