Responsibilities

Speaking with customers about their travel needs and preferences Helping customers plan the details of their trip, including transportation, lodging and entertainment Advising customers about locations, travel dates and transport Coordinating events on travel itineraries, such as tours and local attractions Booking tickets and reservations Resolving complaints and travel issues Calculating costs and collecting payments
