Key ResponsibilitiesProduction / Manufacturing
Assist in shop floor production activities and machine operations
Monitor daily production targets, downtime, and productivity
Learn CNC / VMC / HMC / conventional machines and processes
Support process improvement and cycle time reduction
Materials Management
Assist in material planning, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
Learn FIFO, LIFO, and 3C material storage practices
Coordinate with stores and purchase for material availability
Maintain material records and ERP documentation
Quality
Assist in incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
Learn quality tools such as 7 QC tools, SPC, PPAP, and FMEA
Support non-conformance reporting, CAPA, and audits
Maintain quality and inspection documentation
Maintenance
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines
Support maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, compressors, utilities, and tooling
Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and checklists
Assist in root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns
Support spare parts planning, maintenance records, and safety compliance
Process Improvement & Safety
Support 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Follow safety procedures and support EHS compliance
Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and maintenance concepts
Knowledge of machine tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems (added advantage)
Ability to read engineering drawings
Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP exposure preferred)
