Job Title: Axis Bank Young Bankers (ABYB) Program Program Overview: The Axis Bank Young Bankers (ABYB) Program is a one-year, full-time residential course designed to groom young graduates into skilled banking professionals. After successful completion, candidates are offered a full-time Assistant Manager position at Axis Bank. --- Job Role: Assistant Manager (Customer Service Officer / Relationship Officer) Department: Retail Banking / Operations / Sales --- Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day banking operations (cash transactions, customer queries, account opening, etc.) Promote banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, and insurance. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI regulations. Support the branch in achieving business targets. --- Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate from any discipline (with 50% and above marks). Age Limit: Between 21 - 26 years at the time of admission.
