Assist in fibre cable splicing and jointing work Handle basic tools, cleaning, and cable preparation Support in testing fibre connections (under supervision) Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols Travel to field sites as part of the splicing team

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom (Fresher) Basic understanding of fibre optics (training provided) Willingness to work on-site and travel locally Physically fit and ready to work in outdoor conditions Quick learner and team player
