We are looking for a motivated

fresher

to join our team as a

Pump Fitter / Pump Technician Trainee

. The candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of pumps and associated mechanical systems under the supervision of senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

installation, alignment, and fitting

of centrifugal, submersible, and other industrial pumps. Help perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

of pump systems. Support

assembly and disassembly

of pump components. Observe and learn to

check for leaks, vibration, and pressure irregularities

. Assist in maintaining

records of maintenance and service activities

. Follow

safety protocols and company standards

at all times. Learn to

use hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic mechanical equipment

. Support senior engineers/technicians in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Fitter Trade (preferred).

Experience:

Fresher (0-1 year). Basic knowledge of

mechanical systems, piping, and pump operation

. Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (added advantage). Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the mechanical field.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
