Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, training, and employee engagement activities. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Recruitment Assistance:
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer letters. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops. Help track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Employee Relations:
Help address employee inquiries and concerns. Support initiatives that promote positive workplace culture and employee morale.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
Compliance and Policies:
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws, and industry regulations. Help update and disseminate HR policies and procedures.
Data Management:
Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Special Projects:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to process improvements and organizational development efforts.
