Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Explain and promote various domestic and international tour packages.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and post-sales support.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and company offerings.
