Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational tasks and follow established processes.
Perform
basic assembly, service support, and technician-assist tasks
(training will be provided).
Conduct data entry, maintain logs/records, and prepare simple reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure timely task completion.
Assist technicians during installations, service calls, product checks, or basic troubleshooting.
Monitor workflow and service progress; escalate issues when necessary.
Support process improvements and help implement new operational/technical practices.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (* Interest in
operations, assembly/service tasks, and technical coordination work
.
Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn technical work (assembly, servicing, troubleshooting).
