A bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil / English) to engage effectively with customers
Detail-oriented approach to accurately process customer orders
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles in a retail environment is a plus
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays as per the store's schedule
