Job Description

Franchise Development & Onboarding

Assist in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting potential franchise partners.

Support in conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and market analysis for new franchise opportunities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for onboarding new franchisees and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners through regular communication, visits, and feedback mechanisms.

Act as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees to ensure mutual satisfaction and collaboration.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of franchise operations and business models

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and manage multiple franchise relationships

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Willingness to travel as required
