Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly and efficiently as possible in full autonomy.
Assist our customers with their pre-travel, in-travel, and post-travel requests (complex and non-complex requests, online reservations) through multiple contact channels: call, chat, and email.
Provide accurate information, relevant solutions, and recommendations to our travelers, ensuring compliance with our customers' travel policies.
Take calls, respond to emails, and apply your successful sales techniques to turn an initial inquiry into a confirmed reservation.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum graduate degree in hospitality, travel, and tourism, or a related field.
Proficiency in both written and spoken French is essential/Level B2 in French.
Three years or more of experience as a French Travel Sales Consultant in the travel industry.
Excellent knowledge of Computer Reservation Systems, GDS Systems, and awareness of e-traveling procedures.
