Job Description
:
Skills required:
- Fluent in French and English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Basic understanding of telecommunication industry, specifically towards fiber planning and design.
- Translation of technical documents and input Emails & queries from the Team
- Managing technical communication with Customer in French.
- Sending mails after crosschecking with the production team.
- Sharing workload within the on/offshore coordination teams and taking over responsibility with experience.
- French B1, B2 OR C1 from Max Muller Bhavan /Goethe Zentrum or equivalent fluency/experience.
- English C1 or equivalent fluency/experience.
- Have 2+ years of work experience in customer communication
- Basic + knowledge in telecom domain, specifically plan and design of fixed line will be an added advantage.
