Luminara Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate
French Trainer
to deliver
TEF (Test d'evaluation de francais)
preparation courses to students aiming for immigration, study, or career advancement. The ideal candidate should have strong command over the French language, familiarity with TEF Canada/TEFAQ exam structure, and experience in online teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
online French language classes
focused on TEF preparation (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice tests, and mock exams.
Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback to help them improve.
Create and share study materials, vocabulary lists, and grammar exercises.
Maintain student attendance and progress records.
Stay updated on
TEF Canada
test formats, evaluation methods, and scoring criteria.
Encourage and motivate students to achieve their target CLB levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in French Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
DALF/DELF C1 or C2 certification
(or native proficiency in French).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
teaching French, preferably with a focus on TEF or TCF exams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with
online teaching tools
(Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience preparing students for
TEF Canada
or
TCF Canada
.
Knowledge of Canadian immigration CLB scoring system.
Ability to create digital learning resources (slides, quizzes, etc.).
Work Schedule:
Flexible working hours (as per student batches).
Online mode only.
