We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic

French Teacher

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching the French language and culture, with the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE syllabus. As a key member of our faculty, you will:

Implement engaging French language curricula that align with CBSE Board standards, ensuring students achieve their language proficiency goals. Facilitate interactive lessons that promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, encouraging students to express themselves confidently in French. Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback, adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate French language learning across subjects, enhancing the overall educational experience. Organise cultural events and activities that celebrate French culture, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation among students. Utilise technology and innovative teaching tools to enhance language acquisition and engagement in the classroom. Provide support and guidance to students in their language learning journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal best. Engage with parents and the community to promote the importance of language learning and cultural exchange. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language education and pedagogy. Contribute to the school's mission by embodying the values of respect, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject/Certifications in French Literature. Two years of proven experience teaching French at the primary level. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic classroom environment. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology integration in language education. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering a supportive and innovative teaching community. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success and well-being. Fluency in French and English, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and adapt to evolving educational practices.
