French Language Experts

for a customer support role. This is a

permanent WFH opportunity

for candidates who are fluent in French and English and are comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email in

French & English

Provide accurate and timely customer support Maintain high-quality communication and service standards Follow company processes and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

French proficiency:

Minimum

B2 level

Education:

Fresh graduates can apply

Experience:

Freshers or minimum

6 months of customer support experience

Strong communication skills in

French & English

Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
