Role: French Language Expert
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Location:Pune

Key Accountabilities

European Claims handling since the opening of the file on the basis of the declaration of

loss, until settlement and reimbursement to the insured

Management of policies: new policy set-up, modification of existing policies, etc.
Customer query handling via mail in French language
Opening of claim case according to the declarations filled by the insured
Settlement and reimbursement of claims
Communication to the insured
To achieve productivity targets with respect to processing guidelines as per the pre-agreed

norms

To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements

are met as per the target

Achieve proficiency in the process and deliver to the requirement of critical service delivery

parameters by the end of the training period.
