About the Role

Grace Staffing Services is hiring

French Language Experts

for the

Hopper Process (Airline & Hotel Booking)

.
You will handle

voice-based interactions in French

, assisting customers with

bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related queries

, ensuring

clear communication, empathy, and timely resolutions

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

with French-speaking customers. Assist with

flight and hotel bookings, itinerary modifications, and cancellations

. Provide

accurate information

and ensure prompt issue resolution. Maintain

professionalism, empathy, and service quality

. Work effectively in

night shifts

with flexibility for rotational offs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

HSC or Graduate (any stream).

French Proficiency:

DELF B2 certification (mandatory)

.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent

verbal and written communication

in French and English. Must be willing to

relocate to Mumbai immediately after selection.

Relocation Details

Company-provided flight ticket

for relocation to Mumbai from any part of India.

15 days of complimentary accommodation

upon joining. Candidates must be ready for

immediate relocation post-selection.

Office location and transport details shared during the final interview.
