Job Title: French - Business Analyst / Power BI or HR Functional Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with a minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.



We are looking for an experienced French - Business Analyst / Power BI / HR Functional Analyst. The member should be self-driven and have very good French (Mandatory) & English communication and documentation skills.



In your role, you will be helping the product development by developing the product features that are envisioned by the SMEs based on the client needs. You will also help solve critical performance and technical challenges that come with an evolving enterprise application. You will do this in a team setting as part of a scaled agile team.



Product Owner-Retail domain with French interpretation skills

1. Excellent Fluent professional communication in French & English (Speak, writing and reading)

2. Primary skills: Business requirement analysis, Requirement elicitation, Good communication (French & English), experience with writing good quality user stories and enabler stories, effective identification of the acceptance criteria. Working experience on SAFE Agile methodology

3. Should have adequate experience working in Information Technology domain and an exposure to Technical jargons.

Methodologies: Agile, SAFe Preferred domain: Retail ERP (in-store operations, points-of-sale and cash registers, Logistics flow, Pricing, Ordering), eCommerce, Supply chain Must have skill: Language Experts who is well versed in understanding and interpreting French language and translating this to English and vice-versa


Optional: Be responsible to translate all forms of communication (verbal and written) from French language into English and vice-versa. Will work closely with the Support team and handle all their translation/interpretation needs.
