Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate indent from vendors/customers & share in the respective group Follow up with fleet team and update vehicle details to branches Share vehicle placement status daily on WhatsApp group Handle all daily operational queries and intervene as needed Brief brokers/transporters on SOPs before vehicle placement Update via email in case of delays, overloads, or detentions Ensure weight slips are received before manual documentation Share MIS reports with contractual clients regularly Visit market as required to source new vendors/customers Monitor and check vehicle availability branch-wise Communicate delays or breakdowns to NCR clients daily to avoid freight deductions
