Our Freight Broker employees are paid unmatched commissions, besides their fixed salary, for their efforts in negotiating loads for the company. Job Requirements: Liberty is looking for a talented and qualified Logistics Managers to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible to manage complete floor full of freight brokers.The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations of freight broker employees. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and freight brokerage. l Logistics Manager should have worked in US Voice Process. l To manage a large and diverse team of Freight Brokers working towards pre-defined targets l Manage day-to-day activities of the brokerage team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents. l Assist the Operations Manager in the maintenance of Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.
