is a logistics company seeking experienced Freight Brokers to join our team. As a Freight Broker, you will play a critical role in connecting shippers with reliable carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and organized Freight Brokers to work and manage a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the logistics industry, and the ability to work under their respective Managers.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers Manage and track shipments from origin to destination Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during transit Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

Freshers with good communication skills 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or a related field Strong knowledge of the logistics industry and transportation regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Graduate (Undergraduates must have 2 years of minimum experience).
