Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise to negotiate freight rates and secure shipments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers. Effectively manage and expand your existing book of business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any issues promptly. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
