About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Entry-Level Freight Broker

to join our logistics team. No prior experience is required -- we provide complete training. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy talking to people, and can handle a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect shippers with carriers to arrange transportation of goods Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies and customers Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitable loads Enter load details into the system accurately Resolve delivery issues and communicate solutions Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Fresher or 0-1 year of experience (logistics experience is a bonus) Strong English communication skills (verbal + written) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM) Willingness to work night shift (US process)
