Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of freight brokers for the US logistics market. Build strong client & carrier relationships and expand the company's freight network. Guide the team in prospecting, negotiation, booking loads, and ensuring smooth dispatch. Track team performance and ensure targets are achieved. Resolve escalations and provide training/support to the team.

Requirements:

3+ years of US Freight Brokerage experience

(Mandatory). Proven experience in handling a team of Freight Brokers. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of load boards, US logistics operations & client management. Ability to deliver results under deadlines.
