experienced Freight Brokers

with a minimum of

3 years of active MC experience

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight operations, building carrier relationships, and ensuring profitable load execution.

Key Responsibilities

Source and book freight loads efficiently Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers Manage end-to-end shipment lifecycle Maintain strong relationships with carriers Track shipments and resolve issues proactively Ensure compliance with industry regulations Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Required Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of experience as a Freight Broker

Strong negotiation and communication skills Good understanding of U.S. freight market Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills

Existing carrier network Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated
