Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
6 months experience in Freight Brokerage / Logistics

OR
Minimum
1 year experience in US International Sales Process
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with freight management systems and logistics platforms preferred
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining existing customer relationships
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
Coordinate, track, and monitor shipments for timely delivery
Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
Resolve shipment issues including delays or damages
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers for smooth operations
