Your Mission

Own and grow a profitable book of business with full accountability Build long-term, trust-based relationships with shippers and carriers Turn market knowledge into strategic freight solutions Negotiate with confidence, precision, and a win-win mindset Lead freight operations from quote to delivery with excellence Anticipate challenges, solve problems decisively, and deliver results Use data, lane knowledge, and market trends to stay ahead Collaborate, mentor, and elevate team performance Consistently exceed revenue and margin goals

Must have good business book of minimum $2500-3000

What Makes You a Fit

Proven experience as a Freight Broker or Senior Freight Broker Strong industry relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset Deep understanding of U.S. freight markets and pricing dynamics High-level negotiation and communication skills Self-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented Comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
