Key Responsibilities

Data mining and lead generation of shippers Cold calling shippers to source freight loads Negotiating rates and building profitable margins Coordinating with carriers and dispatch team Maintaining shipment records and follow-ups Developing long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

Graduate or undergraduate (freshers welcome) Excellent English communication skills Willingness to work night shifts Basic knowledge of logistics (preferred but not mandatory) Strong negotiation and sales mindset Good computer and internet handling skills
