We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Freight Broker

who has hands-on experience in

sales, client communication, and relationship management

. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and able to manage both shipper and carrier relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
? Negotiate rates with customers to secure profitable deals
? Generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
? Maintain accurate records of bookings, pricing, and client interactions
? Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
? Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication across all channels
? Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 1-3 years of experience in

sales / business development

(Logistics, US Construction Industry or Freight industry preferred)
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to build and maintain client relationships
? Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and transportation processes (added advantage)
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
? Problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and call-handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
