? Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication across all channels

Required Skills & Qualifications
? 1-3 years of experience in
sales / business development
(Logistics, US Construction Industry or Freight industry preferred)
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to build and maintain client relationships
? Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and transportation processes (added advantage)
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
? Problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and call-handling
