As a Freight Broker, you'll be the critical link between American shippers and carriers--coordinating freight, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role combines sales, strategy, and coordination--ideal for individuals who are ready to hustle, learn, and grow.
Responsibilities :
1.) Source freight from U.S.-based shippers and assign appropriate carriers.
2.) Make outbound calls to shippers and carriers; negotiate competitive freight rates.
3.) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carriers.
4.) Track shipments proactively and resolve any delivery issues.
5.) Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
6.) Consistently meet performance and productivity targets.
