Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and energetic

Freight Brokers / Logistics Coordinators

to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have

6 months to 1 year of experience

in freight brokerage or logistics coordination and a strong understanding of U.S. transportation operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and book freight loads between shippers and carriers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trucking companies. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Handle rate negotiations and resolve any load or delivery issues. Maintain accurate records of all load details in the CRM/TMS system. Meet daily and monthly sales and operations targets. Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

Prior experience in

freight brokerage, logistics, or dispatch

preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required). Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation and freight market (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM/TMS tools).
