Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end freight brokerage operations, including finding carriers, negotiating rates, and securing loads.
Coordinate with shippers and carriers to ensure smooth pickup and delivery.
Maintain strong client and carrier relationships to grow the business.
Handle international process communications and documentation.
Resolve client and carrier issues efficiently while delivering excellent service.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Freshers
with international process experience (BPO/Customer Support/US process) can apply.
Experienced candidates
in freight brokerage/logistics are strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to logistics software.
